Moms and their kiddos aged 4 and under are invited to join us on the first and third Thursdays of the month for a casual and baby proof play date in our classroom on the lower level of Springfield Baptist Church. Enter the church through the brown double doors on the side of the building, walk through the social hall, up the ramp and then turn right down the hallway. Our classroom is on the right hand side and you’ll see a sign on the door! Coffee and light snacks available and there may even be a story time and songs!

This fourth Thursday of the month Meet Up is for our Baby Mamas- those who are pregnant, trying to conceive, or in their first two years postpartum. In this delicate and special season of motherhood, there are a lot of ups and downs, it's easy to become isolated or unwell. We want this to be a safe space to discuss the topics surrounding this season, good, bad, and hard with a special focus on self-care, maternal mental health, and GRACE.

We utilize our space to allow for children under three to come along if mom does not have alternative childcare available. There is no other childcare available for this program.

We’re taking full advantage of this beautiful weather and moving this Play Squad from the gym to the large playground at Wingfoot Lake State Park in Mogadore! Join us from 10am-noon (Some come later, some stay longer, etc.) If you’ve never been, you’ll pull into the park entrance and drive straight back until you can’t anymore. If you do this, you’ll pass the playground on your left hand side. You can park in the lot up by the lake and then walk back down to the playground from there. The playground is great for all ages but there is also a Gaga ball pit and a great, stroller friendly, paved walking trail.
